Erik T. Ney, DMD is a Temple University School of Dentistry graduate with a passion for patient-focused care. He perfected his skills over the last 15 years in both private and corporate dentistry. Personalized Dentistry of Lancaster is his dream that became a reality. He wanted a practice where patients felt at home in a relaxed setting, so they could feel confident knowing they had a dentist that cared about them as individuals. Using state-of-the-art technology, patients can expect to receive the best possible dental care available.
Dr. Ney grew up in the Philadelphia area. He attended Springfield High School and Widener University, where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree Magna Cum Laude. Following undergrad, he attended Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine where he started training to be a physician. He decided to pursue a career in Dentistry, following in his step-father’s footsteps. Upon graduation he worked at Lee Dental Associates in Springfield, PA with his step-father and became a partner.
He now resides in Lancaster, PA with his wife and two daughters. Before becoming a dentist, Erik Ney was a professional musician, playing the bass guitar for several bands including the Christian metal bands, Sacrament and Sardonyx and the progressive metal band, Fountain of Tears.
Dr. Ney enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He’s an avid sports fan and a gaming and craft beer enthusiast. He continues to play his bass recreationally and enjoys all that downtown Lancaster, PA has to offer.
